I’m staffing the Intermodal Committee.

Session Laws amended 1997-2007

Myra Torain of the Bill Drafting staff has put together lists of “NCGS and Session Laws Affected” to research recent changes to session laws. Until now, we had to look in multiple documents – at least one per year – to find this history. For Session Laws and Local Law changes ONLY, she has now merged and sorted all the lists from 1997-2007 into one document, eliminating the need to consult multiple documents. This will be especially helpful to those researching local acts. It’s “unofficial” but so are the others. Our thanks go to Myra for this fabulous new resource.

21st Century Transportation meeting 12/12 1 pm

The 21st Century Transportation Committee will be meeting today, Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at 1 pm in Room 544 of the Legislative Office Building in Raleigh. Some of the subcommittees will be meeting after adjournment of the main meeting.
